Process:
1. Club president or treasurer submits this form.
2. Club president or treasurer hands all money and receipts to a Student Development staff member at the Student Empowerment Center in the SSC Lobby, Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm.
3. The Student Development staff member will count and confirm your deposit.
4. You will enter your deposit information into your Budget sheet in Dropbox.

How was this money raised? Be specific. List the number of ASB Stamps booklets sold, Donation from a specific group or person, etc.
