Required if requesting to use SSC 211 or 211C. Not required if requesting to use a table in the SSC Quad.
I agree to the following conditions in regard to the usage of the Leadership Lab for my student club or group for an ad hoc meeting or mini event: The requesting club, and all those who utilize the room are responsible for maintaining it and ensuring that the room, equipment, furniture, electronic devices, etc, are left in the same condition, cleanliness, and placement they were upon entry. I understand that The Leadership Lab is a shared space for multiple student clubs and groups. Costs of repair, additional cleaning, and/or replacement of Leadership Lab items may be assigned to the club requesting to utilize the space during that particular time period in which the damage or excessive dirtying occurred. I understand that my club or group could lose privileges or activation if these guidelines are not followed, and I am empowered to follow them and ensure that the room is ready for use by the next scheduled group.
